Digital Services & Custom Work
Because our services involve custom-coded development, market research, and the transfer of digital assets (Shopify stores), we operate under a strict refund policy. Once the development work on your store has begun, costs are incurred by our team that cannot be recovered.
Can I get a refund?
- 01.Before work starts: If you cancel within 2 hours of purchase and our developers haven't started, a 100% refund is possible.
- 02.After work starts: Once the initial store setup has commenced, we do not offer full refunds. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- 03.After Hand-over: Once the ownership of the Shopify store has been transferred to your email address, no refunds are possible under any circumstances.
48h Delivery Guarantee
We pride ourselves on our speed. If we fail to deliver the initial store setup within 48 hours of receiving all necessary information from you (e.g., niche choice), you are entitled to a €10 partial refund as a credit for the delay, while still receiving the full service.
